Paul is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 year’s of experience involved in healthcare construction projects.  He started his career in the mid 1980s working on hospital schemes in East Anglia, before moving to London where he was project surveyor for the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital.  Over the last 15 years Paul has advised NHS Trusts on a number of major hospital PFI schemes, including Central Manchester & Manchester Children’s University Hospital, St Helens & Whiston Hospital and Salford Royal, as well as working with funders and bidding consortia.
