Peter Ball
Since graduating and becoming a Chartered Builder in 1984, Peter has spent a considerable amount of time working outside the construction sector developing new and innovative technologies in smart, wireless, mobile and emerging technologies. He is the winner of two International Innovation Awards.
Paul Mills
Paul is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 year’s of experience involved in healthcare construction projects. He started his career in the mid 1980s working on hospital schemes in East Anglia, before moving to London where he was project surveyor for the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital. Over the last 15 years Paul has advised NHS Trusts on a number of major hospital PFI schemes, including Central Manchester & Manchester Children’s University Hospital, St Helens & Whiston Hospital and Salford Royal, as well as working with funders and bidding consortia.

Mark has over 25 years experience in leading all aspects of the Property development and portfolio management arenas.
Ian Greggor
Ian started his career on the NHS General Management Training Scheme, spending twelve years in healthcare management, in roles including running a private hospital, a Directorate manager, and a contracts manager during the time of GP Fundholding. Ian moved into the wider management consultancy field in 2001, becoming involved in service reviews, business cases, change management, management and team development, quality and strategy.

Morag has the responsibility of delivering the UK’s largest single site NHS hospital – a £545m privately-funded initiative. The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham will treat some 700,000 patients each year, and has 6,900 staff. The project is on budget and ahead of time.
